Why Builder Incentives Matter
Incentives often impact your monthly payment more than the purchase price. Builder credits can be used toward closing costs, rate buy-downs, or upgrades — but they change frequently and aren’t always advertised. I track these weekly so my clients don’t miss opportunities.
